In true Mustang fashion, the boys showed up and showed out, beating the Bellville Brahmas, 36-17.

The Mustang defense held Bellville to 87 rushing yards and forced the Brahmas to pass. Brahma quarterback Reid McCann threw 5 of 13 completions for 142 yards and two interceptions.

The Mustangs running game played a huge part in the win. Senior Elijah Gales ran for 178 yards on 24 carries and scored twice and the stable of ‘Stangs finished with 362 total yards. Quarterback Keyshawn Robinson completed 5 of 8 passes for 63 yards and scored a touchdown.
